The AAID Seattle MaxiCourse® is a comprehensive 300-hour continuing education program that trains general dentists and specialists in the complete spectrum of dental implant dentistry—from diagnosis and treatment planning through surgical placement, restoration, and complication management. The American Academy of Implant Dentistry accredits the program. It combines rigorous didactic education with robust hands-on training, including cadaver anatomy labs and live patient surgical sessions by faculty members. Structured to minimize disruption to private practice, the curriculum runs as 8 modules over 10 months (September–May) with a Friday–Sunday weekend format (approximately one weekend per month). Participants progress through a “scaffolded learning” pathway that blends seminars, case-based learning, simulation labs, cadaver training, and supervised live surgery—building evidence-based skills and clinical judgment for predictable implant care.
